Hannan Arya Energy Limited was incorporated in Kenya on 27 October 2015 under the Companies Act, 2015, with company registration number CPR/2015/212725. From its establishment, the company has focused on identifying and developing opportunities in Kenya's renewable energy sector.
The company's journey reflects a long-term commitment to Kenya's transition toward clean energy. From its establishment in 2015 to its current portfolio of renewable-energy opportunities, Hannan Arya Energy continues to pursue projects that can contribute to clean electricity generation, energy security, economic development and a more sustainable future for Kenya.
Over the years, Hannan Arya Energy has continued to broaden its renewable-energy development activities, including solar and wind power development, while building relationships with investors, technical partners, consultants, utilities and other energy-sector stakeholders.
